THE VENUE
Sessions will be held at Mariposa Studios, West Lodge, Bridgend Farm, Linlithgow, EH49 6ND.
There is ample parking on site.
Please arrive on time as sessions are running back-to-back all day.

HOW TO PREPARE YOUR KIDS
Other than getting them nicely dressed, and wiping their faces clean - please DON'T prepare them. Practised smiles are forced smiles! I have LOTS of tricks to get your kids to produce a natural, relaxed, having-fun kind of smile.
What to wear
Smart and a little coordinated! You don't want to be hugely 'samey' - that looks contrived. But finding a colour that connects your outfits works well, as does adding texture. Neither stark white nor flat black works hugely well. And definitely avoid neon colours, bold patterns, and typeface. Please also leave the transition glasses at home!
The background for this photoshoot will be a lovely mid-grey.

How it will work
On arrival, you will be asked to wait in the foyer until it is your turn. Please ensure your children wait with you, as we have a lot of equipment they could damage if they run around.
When ready, I will call you into the studio to take the photographs. I will guide you on how to sit/stand/move, and interact to get the absolute best photographs.
Once finished, you will be taken to another area and offered complimentary tea, coffee, juice and cookies.
At this point, you'll be shown the photographs on a screen and asked to choose which package you'd like. You will pay for the package, and it will be all finished!
Please note that there is no option to re-take photographs once your viewing and ordering session has started.

Rescheduling and cancellations
We can accept rescheduling up till 48 hours prior to the event subject to availability. See your initial confirmation email for details on how to reschedule.
If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. Please bear in mind that your deposit is non-refundable.

Delivery
Digital downloads will be delivered to your nominated email address. Prints will be delivered to your home. All deliveries will be made within three weeks of the session date.
