Why you need family portraits

Photographs are so much more than just pictures. An amazing family photography session isn’t just about capturing a posed photograph for Grandparents. It’s about taking time to document your family history, memorialise your children’s childhood, capture your love as a family, then put it on the wall for everyone to see.

Time really does fly… One minute you’ve got a newborn in your arms, and the next – secondary school, then college. Please make sure you take time out to capture those memories, all the precious moments and ages. I could not be happier with the photos that followed our session. The morning of the shoot was a particularly frosty -6°C, Rebecca very quickly struck up a warm and friendly rapport with my 3-year-old. It helped that Rebecca clearly knew the location well, and the best spots for a great backdrop. The session felt like a nice, crisp walk among beautiful surroundings. So what’s the gift?

£100 towards the booking fee on a family photography session to be held between 1st February and 30th June 2023.

How does it work?

A family photography booking fee is currently £190. The gift of £100 is against that fee.

The booking fee is paid to secure a family photography session booking.

To redeem this gift, click the button below. You will then be taken to a window where you can pay the balance of the family photography booking fee (£90). This redeems your gift and confirms your booking.

Once you've paid the balance of your booking fee, we’ll get in touch with you to arrange a date for your session. We’ll also send you everything you need to prepare.

Then, you’ll enjoy a wonderful family photography experience at your choice of venue either outside in nature, or in your own home.

The booking fee is just for the session itself, it does not include any images. After your session, you'll have the opportunity to purchase images and products from our menu. You can find the details of this below.

I totally understand how crazy day to day life can be – I’m a mum of three! Whether you’re in the throes of toddlerhood or dealing with the rollercoaster of raising teens – I understand how intense it can be. The parenting journey is such a bizarre mix of LONG nights are really very quick years. Blink and they’re on the way to college.

However, inviting a stranger into your busy life is a big thing! You want the whole thing to be easy, relaxed and fun. You want everyone to enjoy the process, and you want to look back on your family photoshoot with really happy memories.

Family Photography PROCESS AND Pricing

Get the whole family out for the day and let’s make some memories. This process and pricing structure applies to all 'family' photography sessions - maternity, newborns, babies, small or large families, and extended families.

STEP 1: THE BOOKING FEE

£190

(Down to £90 when you redeem your gift)

Full payment of the booking fee is required to secure your booking. Booking fees are non-refundable.

The booking fee includes;

- All of the preparation materials we will send you

- Any phone calls that we need to have between booking and the session to get you ready

- The session itself (either at your home or outdoors somewhere – usually about 60-90 minutes)

- Presentation of an online slideshow for you to view the images

STEP 2: PREPARATION

Once you've paid your booking fee, our Studio Manager, Jen will send you our welcome guide, packed full of information to help you prepare. Jen will be on hand to book your date and discuss the location, what to wear, and how to prepare the children.

STEP 3: THE SESSION

You have a fun, relaxed, memorable photography session with Rebecca. You'll spend time cuddling and playing with your family, making lasting memories.

STEP 4: CHOOSING IMAGES AND PRODUCTS

After your session, the images will be edited to the highest standard. This process usually takes 2-3 weeks.

When the images are ready, they'll be collated into a slideshow for you to view when you're ready. So grab a cuppa or a glass of wine and enjoy!

After viewing your slideshow, you can choose from the a la carte menu, or make a saving with one of the packages - it's completely up to you.

STEP 5: PRODUCT CREATION AND DELIVERY

Your frames, albums and prints are created to the highest standard, and in consultation with you. All albums and storyboard frames come with two revisions to ensure the layout is perfect for your family.

Once created we arrange tp-the-door delivery of your beautiful products. And if you need help with hanging items - we're fully trained in that too.

Not valid with any other offer. Valid only on NEW bookings. If you fail to show up for your session or you fail to book a session before the 30th of June 2023, you will not receive your booking fee back. Only one booking per household. Once you've paid your booking fee we will be in touch to arrange your booking time. Bookings must be carried out by the 30th of June 2023. Should changes in the law regarding Covid prevent us from completing your session in time, this time limit will be extended. PLEASE NOTE: The booking fee does not include any images, details of our image and product menu are above.
