THE VENUE: The 'Light Room' Studio
The Rebecca Holmes Photography Studio is in the centre of Linlithgow. The address is 129A High Street, and it sits behind Byerton House (currently occupied by EKJN Architects).
The best place to park is either on the High Street, or at the Vennel carpark, up near The Linlithgow Burgh Halls.
If coming by train, get off at Linlithgow station, then exit the station onto the Linlithgow High Street. Turn left and the studio is about a five minute walk on the left hand side.
To access the studio, please come up the walkway between EKJN Architects, and Fair Tradewinds. The building is at the end of that walkway on the left.

What to wear
Please have your child come wearing all white. The clothing should ideally be form-fitting and dance-appropriate, such as leotards, dance shorts, tights, t-shirts, leggings, etc.
Please ensure the clothing has no logos or typeface (with the exception of the Mariposa logo).
Hair can be out and free flowing or tied up, as the child prefers.

Makeup
No make up is required for minis, juniors and intermediates. Seniors may choose to add makeup - we'd suggest dramatic neutral-coloured makeup to go along with the theme.

How it will work
On arrival, your child will be checked in and asked to wait for their turn.
Please make sure your children wait with you, as we have a lot of equipment they could damage if they run around.
Once the team are ready, your child will spend time with a dance teacher, learning a pose/jump/move for the photoshoot.
Next, Rebecca will call your child/ren into the studio. Unless specifically requested by Rebecca, we ask that parents and carers do not observe the photoshoot.
Rebecca will capture photographs of each individual child and each sibling group.
Please make sure your children wait with you, as we have a lot of equipment they could damage if they run around.

Rescheduling and cancellations
If bookings allow, we can accept rescheduling up to 48 hours prior to the event. See your initial confirmation email for details on how to reschedule.

After the Session
Two weeks after the session, the photographs will be made available in an online gallery for you to view and choose the two images you'd like as part of your package. The link to your online gallery will be sent to the email address you provided when booking. The galleries will be available for ONE WEEK when we need you to make your choices.
Just a reminder that the package includes; two high-resolution digital images and two 9 x 6-inch professional prints.
Should you wish to purchase additional images, you will be able to at that point; however, this is not required or expected.
Delivery
Digital downloads will be delivered to your nominated email address. For Mariposa students, prints will be delivered to class. For non-Mariposa students, prints will be delivered to your home.
