THE VENUE
Mariposa dance sessions will be held at Mariposa Studios. The address is; West Lodge, Bridgend Farm, 2 Champfleurie Mews, Linlithgow EH49 6NJ.
There is ample parking at the studio.
Please arrive on time as sessions are running back-to-back all day.

What to wear
Please have your child come wearing white, ideally form-fitting, dance-appropriate clothing such as leotards, dance shorts, tights, t-shirts, leggings etc.
Please ensure their hair is brushed but not tied/gelled or clipped back.

Makeup
Facepaint/Make-up along the nature theme will be provided. Older students might which to wear subtle eye makeup.
How it will work
On arrival, your child will be given the opportunity to have their face painted/made-up in the nature theme, we have helpers to do this for them.
If waiting, please make sure your children wait with you, as we have a lot of equipment they could damage if they run around.
Once they're ready, their child will spend time with a dance teacher, learning a pose/jump/move for the photoshoot.
Rebecca will call your child/ren into the studio area when ready. Unless specifically requested by Rebecca, we ask that parents and carers observe from a distance.
Rebecca will capture photographs of each individual child and each sibling group.
Once finished, you will exit with your children.

Rescheduling and cancellations
We can accept rescheduling up till 48 hours prior to the event. See your initial confirmation email for details on how to reschedule.
Cancellations can be accepted up until 7 days prior to the event. After this, your fee will not be refunded.

After the Session
Two weeks after the session, the photographs will be made available in an online gallery for you to view and choose the two images you'd like as part of your package. The link to your online gallery will be sent to the email address you provided when booking. The galleries will be available for ONE WEEK when we need you to make your choices.
Just a reminder that the package includes; two high-resolution digital images and two 9 x 6-inch professional prints.
Should you wish to purchase additional images, you will be able to at that point; however, this is not required or expected.
Delivery
Digital downloads will be delivered to your nominated email address. For Mariposa students, prints will be delivered to class. For non-Mariposa students, prints will be delivered to your home.

No, sorry. In order to keep prices low our ordering system is entirely automated. The packages and products that are available are all we can offer.

We suggest asking friends/family/other dancers to see if there's anything you can borrow. It doesn't need to be fancy!
