Get the whole family out for the day and let’s make some memories. Our family photography sessions cover all cherished moments - from maternity to newborns, small to large families, and extended clans.

Our family photography booking fee is £190 and we offer a variety of product options and packages starting at £350. This ensures we meet diverse needs and budgets.

The process

STEP 1: BOOK A CHAT

If the idea of a heartwarming family photoshoot with Rebecca is on your mind, why not take that first step and arrange a friendly chat with our Studio Manager, Jen? Whether it's over a cosy Zoom call or a personal phone call, it's the perfect time to share your vision, explore exciting location options, and fully understand the ins and outs of our process.

We believe in creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere for you, a space with no expectations or obligations, only open dialogue and genuine care. So, feel free to ask questions and share your thoughts without any pressure whatsoever to go on and book.

We don't just have 'clients' at RHP, we have friends.

STEP 2: SECURING YOUR PLACE

After your chat with Jen, she will share with you our handy and comprehensive guide. It's brimming with useful tips that cater to every member of your family, no matter what stage of life they're in.

If you decide that we are a good fit for capturing your special moments, booking a session with us is as simple as a click! Our user-friendly online system guides you through your personalized quote, ensuring transparency every step of the way.

Just a heads-up, there is a booking fee which confirms your slot with us. While it's non-refundable, it's our promise of dedicated time, energy, and creativity towards capturing your family's unique story. And remember, we're always here to answer any questions you may have. With us, you're not just booking a session; you're joining a community that values family, togetherness, and the joy of cherished memories.

STEP 3: PREPARATION

As soon as you're on board with us, Jen will send over our comprehensive welcome guide, rich with practical information to help you prepare for your photo session. If you're more of a visual person, we've got you covered with our series of engaging bite-sized videos too.

Jen will personally assist you in finding that magical location for your photo session. She'll even lend her expertise for those tricky decisions, like picking out the best outfits for everyone. After all, we want your unique personalities to shine!

At the end of the day, our mission is to turn this preparation phase into a joyful journey rather than a checklist (though we do also have one of those if you need!).

STEP 4: YOUR SESSION

Two days before your family photo session, you'll hear from Rebecca herself. She'll check in to confirm your session details, discuss any weather considerations, and happily answer any questions that might have popped up. Her goal is to ensure everything is set for a memorable session.

On the day, you'll meet Rebecca at your chosen location to begin the magic. Get ready to bask in the joy of family love, to laugh and create memories. And don't fret about feeling uneasy in front of the camera - Rebecca's speciality is making each moment comfortable and enjoyable. She'll guide you, not just as a photographer but as a friend, transforming the entire process into a fun-filled experience.

Remember, a photography session with us isn't just about capturing stunning photos. It's about having a wonderful time together as a family - creating and capturing moments that you'll cherish forever.

STEP 5: choosing images and products

After the laughter and smiles of your photo session with Rebecca, you'll quickly receive a couple of carefully selected sneak peeks. These are just a taste of the wonderful memories that we've captured together.

Next, Rebecca will thoughtfully edit the photos to perfection. This process usually takes around 21 days.

Once editing is complete, the images will be woven into a beautiful slideshow, a visual symphony of your family's unique story. We'll let you know the moment they're ready and work with you to pick a perfect time for the grand reveal. You'll then have a full 24 hours to soak in the joy of your images and decide on your next steps.

When you're ready, you can select your favourite memories from our a la carte menu or choose one of our curated packages - all from the comfort of your own home. Remember, we're here to assist you every step of the way in preserving these precious family moments.

STEP 6: PRODUCT CREATION AND DELIVERY

We take great pride in crafting exquisite frames, albums, and prints that truly represent your family's special moments. We work closely with you to ensure every detail is just right, including two rounds of revisions for our albums and storyboard frames.

Once your pieces are finalised, we coordinate delivery straight to your doorstep. And if you require any assistance hanging your new frames, we're ready and able to help.

BRAND PHOTOGRAPHY INVESTMENT

I believe in transparent pricing. I don't want you to be forced to get on a call with me before you find out if I'm within your budget. I hate that when I'm seeking a service provider for myself, so I don't want it for you. Therefore, please find my three main brand photography packages below. These packages were designed to suit the majority of stages of business; however, I am happy to create something bespoke if these don't quite fit what you're after.

The first package is a handful of photographs for when you're starting out - enough for your website, profile pictures and the beginnings of a social media presence. The second 'Growing Brand' package is for when you're ready to build your website and grow your online presence. And the 'Thriving Brand' package is for those who have been running for a few years or more and are ready to up-level their brand presence.

I can't recommend Rebecca Holmes Photography highly enough! We had an outdoor family shoot with our 3 yo son and a newborn. Rebecca was wonderful, she made it so easy and relaxing. I was able to feed my baby when needed, our toddler had time to run about, there was no rush or posing, yet the photographs are simply stunning. I could not be happier with the photos that followed our Autumn session. The morning of the shoot was a particularly frosty -6°C, Rebecca very quickly struck up a warm and friendly rapport with my 3-year-old. It helped that Rebecca clearly knew the location well, and the best spots for a great backdrop. The session felt like a nice, crisp walk among beautiful surroundings.
