Process & PRICING

Ready to create some wonderful images of your brand?

My brand photography packages start at £280 and go up to £2000. I have three options; mini sessions, half-day sessions and full-day batching sessions. I also have lots of add-ons available; reels creation, video creation, stylists, make-up and more.

All packages can be purchased via a payment plan, and paid across a period of months or years.

The process

STEP 1: HAVE A CHAT

Once you've looked through this website, my portfolio and pricing, and you feel like we could be a good fit - if it's a full brand photography package you're after, the next step is to set up a time for us to have a chat.

Either on Zoom or phone, this is a zero-pressure general chit-chat to see if I'm the best person to provide what you're looking for. We don't just have 'clients' at RHP, we have friends, so please feel free to treat this as such.

After the call I'll ensure you're emailed all the information you'll need to make an informed decision, in your own time.

STEP 2: CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING

If you decide that I am a good fit for capturing your awesome business, booking a session with us is as simple as a few clicks! My user-friendly online system guides you through your personalised quote, ensuring transparency every step of the way.

Just a heads-up, there is a booking fee which confirms your full brand session booking with me. While it's non-refundable, it's my promise of dedicated time, energy, and creativity towards capturing your unique business story.

And remember, I'm always here to answer any questions you may have. With me, you're not just booking a session; you're booking a cheerleader who has your back.

STEP 3: PREPARATION

As soon as you're on board with me, I will send over my comprehensive welcome guide, rich with helpful information to help you prepare for your photo session. If you're more of a visual person, I've got you covered with our series of engaging bite-sized videos too.

We will also book your planning session (if applicable) and make sure you're clear on exactly what you'll need to think about ahead of that session.

At the end of the day, my mission is to turn this preparation phase into a joyful journey rather than a checklist (though we do also have one of those if you need it!).

STEP 4: YOUR SESSION

Two days before your brand photography session, you'll hear from me, usually via text message. I'll check in to confirm your session details, discuss any weather considerations, and happily answer any questions that might have popped up.

On the day, you'll meet me at your chosen location to begin the magic. I will guide you every step of the way, from what outfit to wear when, to how to pose/move/stand and the types of images you'll need. And don't fret about feeling uneasy in front of the camera - my speciality is making the process comfortable and enjoyable.

I'll guide you, not just as a photographer but as a friend, transforming the entire process into an enjoyable experience.

STEP 5: implementation

After the fun of hte photo session, you will quickly receive a couple of sneak peek images. These are just a taste of what we will have created together, but they'll help get you started.

Two weeks after your session your full gallery will be ready (films take a bit longer). Those on a full package will also receive an implementation plan, which includes lots of ideas for how you can utilise your images for your brand.

If you choose the thrive package you'll have another meeting with me where I can help you with everything from organising your images, to adding them to your website, to what to use when on social media.

STEP 6: AFTERCARE

It's important to me that I don't drop the images and run! I'll be here if you need for any further support.

I believe in transparent pricing. I don't want you to be forced to get on a call with me before you find out if I'm within your budget. I hate that when I'm seeking a service provider for myself, so I don't want it for you. Therefore, please find my three main brand photography packages below. These packages were designed to suit the majority of stages of business; however, I am happy to create something bespoke if these don't quite fit what you're after.

The first package is a handful of photographs for when you're starting out - enough for your website, profile pictures and the beginnings of a social media presence. The second 'Growing Brand' package is for when you're ready to build your website and grow your online presence. And the 'Thriving Brand' package is for those who have been running for a few years or more and are ready to up-level their brand presence... Or for those who LOVE to batch their content.

WANT TO ADD BRAND FILM?

While we're set up and running a session for you with all the planning and outfits, props and people we need to be involved - why not make the best use of the time and add some video to the mix?

OPTION 1: Add on a reels package with me, where I create reels-ready videos for you as we photograph. To add on a package of ten 30-second to 1.5-minute videos costs £200.

OPTION 2: I ask a trusted content creator who I've worked with before to join us for your session. She'll then create a whole stack of reels content for you as we work. Please contact me for a price.

OPTION 3: You can add a full brand 'about me' introductory film to either the Growing or Thriving packages for £600. You can find out more about my brand films by clicking here.

NEED SOMETHING DIFFERENT?

Perhaps you are an established 'big' brand. You don't need help to plan the session, craft what sort of images you need or any advice on how to use your images. You've likely got your own marketing and social media staff. You might be better to utilise me as your commercial photographer, with hourly, half-day and daily rates.
