Women! Please Get in Front of The Camera!

Why it's important to be in photographs and how to feel better about it!

I had the pleasure of presenting a talk yesterday for the Bonnie Bairn Fair!

I spoke about how we encourage Mums - in fact, ALL women - to stop shying away from the camera. This is an issue that affects women quite badly (although it does also affect men, that's for sure), and it's a topic that I'm really passionate about.

In my presentation, I talk about:

  • Why it's so very difficult for women to get in front of the camera
  • Why it's SO very important to be present in photographs - with your family, in your business, as an individual
  • Then I rounded it up with my top 15 top tips for feeling better in front of the camera.

The talk lasts about half an hour, so grab a cuppa.

Then let me know - do you find it difficult to be in front of the camera? How do you react when you see photographs of yourself? Which of the points I raised do you think might help you?
